  1. Mine seem to about about $100 higher each...ANOTHER call to Princess.
  2. That happened to me over and over again. I decided to log in to Google Chrome instead of Firefox and I got in and followed the instructions and it worked. I'm using that now.
  3. Lucky you. I was on hold from 5pm to after 7pm EST. But I did talk with someone to voice my dissatisfaction with reducing our 12 day, 7 stop cruise to the new ship and cutting out one of the stops (Prince Rupert, which I really wanted to see) and still charging the same. I know it is in the contract that they can do this, but it still makes me mad. She was nice and very professional, but nothing she could (or would) do about it. But is is on file that we are unhappy and we may show that by cancelling before the final payment is due, but for now it is a wait and see what else they change. We were able to change our balcony cabin which was originally 3 decks above the life boats and they moved us to the exact deck/cabin on the Royal, but directly above them. So we are now once again 3 decks above.
  4. This is the one we are going on. Booked it for May 2021 which of course isn't happening. So we booked for May 2022. Great itinerary. We did a cruise tour 16 years ago on Princess. Looked for a longer cruise without the land part. We found this. Can't wait. Great stops plus you longer time in Victoria.
  5. Oh wow! Decision made. We booked May. Thanks for all the replies.
  6. Thinking of a 2022 cruise. The itinerary I want is offered May 2 or September 14. May seems really early, but at least we're heading towards summer instead of September towards colder weather. If you were going during those months, which would you choose? Thanks! Sue in Pgh.
  7. Did you book directly through Princess. That is what we are planning to do for 2021 and hoping we can get a better price.
  8. I love that very first balcony on Aloha Deck on the Coral Princess has an open rounded side balcony so you can see the front of the ship rather than just looking out to the side of the ship. Covered and good price. But it is under the Horizon Court. I think it is the area where there are tables and not the kitchen, but I'm not sure. Have never sailed on her. Anyone stay in one of these two that can give me some insights? Thanks in advance, Sue in Pgh
  9. Oh very good. Thank you so much. I also saw Crowne Plaza Seattle Airport that showed showers in a regular room w/o taking away a roll in shower from someone. These are all good suggestions.
  10. yes, that is probably what I will do. I've been researching and thought I could get a room with a shower only and no tub, without taking away a rollin shower from someone, but it has been challenging.
  11. Yes, I agree and that is probably what we would end up doing. But my first intention is to research and there is plenty of time before 2021. Nothing urgent. Thanks for giving the above options. I'm going to check them out.
  12. Anyone stay at a Seattle hotel with a shower only, not a shower/tub combo? Two knee replacements and a bad hip, and my tub days are over. Not particular about where we stay. Just the shower only is important. I don't want to take away an accessible room with a wheel in shower if I can find a hotel with this configuration. Thanks so much!
  13. Yes, I see GB when I click on the link and I see the three sailings. But when I go in to the detailed itinerary for June 22, no Glacier Bay - see copied and pasted itinerary below. So strange. I'm not sure if June 22 shouldn't be listed as a Glacier Bay sailing or if they just posted the wrong itinerary for the date. I'll keep researching- Wish I could go in April or Sept, but those are our busiest months at work. Date Cruise Ports Arrive Depart Tue, Jun 22, 2021 Seattle, Washington (EMBARK) --- 4:00 pm Wed, Jun 23, 2021 At Sea --- --- Thu, Jun 24, 2021 Sitka, Alaska 10:00 am 8:00 pm Fri, Jun 25, 2021 Icy Strait Point, Alaska 7:00 am 8:00 pm Sat, Jun 26, 2021 Cruise Hubbard Glacier --- --- Sun, Jun 27, 2021 Skagway, Alaska 7:00 am 8:00 pm Mon, Jun 28, 2021 Juneau, Alaska 7:00 am 3:00 pm Tue, Jun 29, 2021 Ketchikan, Alaska 6:30 am 1:00 pm Wed, Jun 30, 2021 Victoria, British Columbia 7:00 pm 11:59 pm Thu, Jul 01, 2021 Seattle, Washington (DISEMBARK)
  14. I'm considering a 2021 cruise and found a 9 day GB Seattle to Seattle cruise on NCL. When I click on dates, there are only three listed, April June and Sept. When I click on the detail list, it lists Glacier Bay and all the other ports. I click on the June price, choose it and go to the cabin selection and on the right hand side I can view itineary. The map still shows Glacier Bay and all the port times are there, but Glacier Bay is now Hubbard Glacier in the list. Which one is right? Would they combine Hubbard Glacier and Glacier Bay? New to NCL and Customer Service has been less than helpful. If they aren't even going in to GB on this trip, why is it listed under the heading: 9-Day Alaska Round-trip Seattle: Glacier Bay, Skagway & Juneau If anyone has any insights, I'd welcome them. Sue in Pgh
