  1. on Westerdam March 14 to Asia Trying to find a reasonable day trip to Mutianyu Great wall on March 22 from Tianjin Port Would join a group to keep prices down. Advise
  2. I have had the Global Entry Card for several years and just found out that the Fort Lauderdale cruise terminal will now accept entry at designated lines in the terminal on returning cruises. Port Everglades is only cruise terminal where this is in effect at this time.
  3. When I spoke with Holland America Guest Services at HQ they e mailed the supervisor on the Volendam who confirmed they Duvet cover are not washed between cruises but are washed periodically. If you have a serious allergy or germ phobia ask the cabin steward when they were last changed.
  4. It can be requested when you board. Talk with room steward
  5. My wife and I are 3 Star on Holland America and I just found out from their guest services that the Duvet Covers are NOT changed or washed between sailings. I think this is terrible. No wonder there is sickness on board when someone may have been coughing and spreading germs around. I know that the sheets are replaced about 3 times on a 15 day cruise. I know the sheets are changed between sailings. It is time for the cruise lines to wake up. Hotels usually change the bed spread or Duvet convers.
  6. Will travel on Holland America from Hong Kong to Tokyo with Chinese stops in Shanghai, Beijing, and Qingdao. Is a visa required to visit these ports of call. So much disinformation on the internet. Thanks
