  6. Looks like Silversea is considering potential changes to their loyalty program. Nowhere in the survey was there any mention of linking or providing benefits amongst the various Royal Caribbean Group companies. In addition, no potential reward (Amazon gift card, etc.) or direct monetary payment ($5 or $10, etc.) was provided to entice potential respondents.   7. I have a feeling it could be related to your privacy settings with SS. While I get all of the emails, surveys, etc. from SS, my DH does not as his privacy settings do not allow any communication from the line unless specifically related to an existing booking.

  13. That's such a shame. I totally agree with you, the survey software should be able to operate on multiple browsers, especially one as ubiquitous as Safari. I looked up the company who owns the software SS used and even though they have offices in the US and Germany, the software company appears to be very, very small.
  14. Interesting. I'm curious, did the shut down happen at either of the two screens shown below? I had an issue whereby if I selected "Other" on a screen, the survey software would serve the same screen back to me. Therefore, if I didn't want to choose a selection choice offered I had to ultimately select "None of the Above".
  15. One year later and a new survey is ready for your consumption. Prize value remains the same. Anyone here know what the definition is of an "Accredited Responder"? Wonder why a consumer has to be accredited and who does the accrediting? 🙂 Also, I wonder who won last year's survey prize?
