  1. Does anyone know of non appt Covid testing sites. Not cruising till next Mar but need to plan for worst case scenario if RCCL still requires testing by then
  2. Next March, I have a S2S with one day in FLL in-between. Testing like at Walgreens appts open up 3 days in advance but I will be at sea on the first S1 so I hope the first S1 will test me on board in time for results for the 2nd S2
  3. What about going out of Ft Lauderdale, do you need to be tested if you are fully vaccinated before debarkation?
  4. Agree....Look, I think he did a good thing by going after the CDC to get cruising to resume in FL but will stick his own foot in his mouth if the cruise lines pull out of FL and hurt FL economy. Cruisers need to tell him to exempt the cruise lines from his law. After all they are international carriers not local businesses in FL
  5. In other words, he still got off. No..Meant to say charge with her death not murder
  6. The grandfather is the one who should be arrested and charged with the granddaughter's murder.
  7. Problem is other islands/countries require vaccinated cruise ships which DeSantis can't control.
  8. Does anyone know of Hilton brand hotels that at least pre-covid ran free or reasonably priced(less than uber) shuttles to & from Port Everglades. Hiltons used to have on their website if there was a cruise package rate but no longer unless because cruises are currently running. Any info I would be grateful. I tried the chamber and convention bureau but no response
  9. Yes, try mass vaccination sites for appts either set up by FEMA or the state.
  10. I miss the midnight buffets and some of the ships like the Sovereign, our first cruise in 1988. Makes me sad that she's at the scrap yards. After all the original Queen Mary is a floating hotel in Long Beach. To bad they couldn't do the same for the Sovereign and others..
  11. Thanks for all the info. First of all I forgot to mention that my thought was for 2022 as I already have one cruise(11 nt) booked for Mar 2022. I also have a 12 nt booked in Nov 2021 which is just two weeks after CDC's 7 night policy expires. If that cruise cancelled is why I thought about the b2b(adding on to the other cruise either before or after)) so I'm down in FL anyways and the FCC(if Nov 2021 xcld) could be applicable. I'm already using one FCC for the Mar 2022 already booked.
  12. Forgot to mention renting a scooter and from cruises from Port Everglades
