How did you get to the car rental agency from the port in Maui, Hilo, Kona and Kauai? Having a heck of a time getting info, even from the agencies themselves. And where did you park overnight in each place?

I can’t count the number of times I’ve been standing at the counter when I over hear the agent saying “ you need to talk to your 3rd party agent to get this resolved. Your agreement is with Costco (or Expedia or whomever), not with us.”

Hmmmm, wonder what kind of issues needing resolution. Are you advusing against going thru a 3rd party?

Taking the NCL Pride of America Hawaii Cruise this May. :confused:Having already spent hours rooting around trying to figure out renting a car for each of the ports (Maui, Hawaii, Kauai), which agency will pick up at the cruise port, where to park overnight when renting a car for two days on each of the islands, best deal on small car rental...can anyone lay that out in one logical sequence? Would be ever so grateful!
