  1. I noticed that the ship tours are no longer available in Cruise Planner for our April 5 sailing on Oasis.
  2. That’s really strange. I guess a lot of odd things are going on right now given the circumstances.
  3. I went back to the orginal e-mail I received from RoyalUP and clicked the link. It took me to the RoyalUP page but now says "Not eligible for upgrade"
  4. Its Oasis but I'm guessing that its likely the same situation.
  5. We are sailing on 4/5 - so a bit more than 3 weeks.
  6. We are sailing on Oasis out of Miami on 4/5. Just to be on the safe side, we booked a week at a resort in South Florida. We have until 4/1 to cancel that reservation so we are waiting to make the decision until then. Our "breaking point" would be if more ships are facing long delays/quarantine. We really don't want to miss this cruise but being stuck in cabin with 6 year old and 8 year old boys would not be optimal.
  7. I looked through the (very long) RoyalUP thread for a while but I couldn't find anyone else that seems to have had this issue. I apologize in advance if I missed it. We placed a competitive bid for a 2BR Grand Suite on our upcoming cruise on Oasis. My wife mentioned that she really wants the suite so I was going to go in and up the bid a bit to remain completive. However, when I click on the "Modify/Cancel" button on the confirmation e-mail, it takes me to a page that shows my bid and that its "Pending" but there are no options to modify or cancel the bid. Has this happened to anyone? Thanks and happy sails...
  8. Some cruises only allow for laser tag to be first come/first served on board. Escape Room should show up in Cruise Planner for booking but it usually only opens a few weeks prior to sailing.
  9. We are on the same cruise. Its strange how many of these things are not showing up but are available for sailings weeks (or months) later.
  10. No problem! Have a great cruise! Now just need Escape Room to open...
  11. Thats just strange. Your cruise is more than one month after ours, but our entertainment still isn't available. Maybe because its a different ship?
  12. We are also on this cruise. I'm rather surprised that entertainment hasn't opened up yet. Seems much later than any cruise I've ever taken with Royal or Celebrity.
  13. Thanks for the great review and photos! We set sail tomorrow! When did you learn that the stop in Key West was changed?
