  1. CELEBRITY MOVE UP TRACKER (effective April 19, 2019; but can back-fill data, if available) Ship: Millenium Length of Cruise: 10 nights Cruise Sail Date: October 2, 2019 Date email offer received: 8/20/19 Captain’s Club Tier [“PREVIEW” = first Celebrity Cruise]: Preview Booked through Celebrity Direct OR via TA: Through Celebrity Current Cabin: Veranda Bid? Yes/No: Yes If YES - Bidding Details: Cabin Category: Aqua $1000pp, Concierge $500pp. Bid Offer: None liked my current cabin Notification Date: Accepted / Rejected General Comments (offer details, etc.) I am throwing in the offer details I was given. Those are what I would have paid to get those classes to begin with. Also the cabins offered were at the bow or stern of the ship. I have a mid ship veranda. Perfectly happy with it. No need to move. I would have tried to upgrade if it would have worked to my advantage. Bidding to get an upgrade is silly. Especially the price for a minimum bid is the the amount more to get those classes when originally booking. No deals to be had here.
  2. Just curious but the website states a 20% gratuity on every drink purchase. So does this mean with a drink package as a perk, every drink I get will have a gratuity charged to me? Or did I pay the gratuity up front at time of purchase for the cruise? On another cruise line or two I never saw gratuity payments for drinks having a drink package (Yes I'm that guy and have my old bills from previous trips). This is the first time I have scene this in fine print, and first time with cruising with Celebrity.
