  1. If you have a suite in Equinox (or other celebrity ships), what can you expect out of your butler? What can you utilize him/her for? Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  2. Seems to me those things probably do a better job advertising that you have something valuable you worry about getting stolen than they do protecting your valuables. As stated before, don’t take anything valuable with you, and if you absolutely need to, put it in a dry box you can hang around your neck Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  3. As mentioned, doubletree has nice pool, as does Marriott next door, which is where we stay all the time. Also, there is a great Italian restaurant, Primo’s, in the Marriott/doubletree complex, that is worth checking out! Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  4. Its been included on all the past excursions I’ve taken to Playa Mia, and I’m sure it’s included in the one I will go on the week of July 28 Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  5. I for one hope that doesn’t happen. I like Blu, but not their menu, and it’s pain to ask for something not on the menu. Keep concierge like it is! Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  6. It hasn’t been mentioned here, so just to clarify, this is not a celebrity program; it’s not Celebrity’s luggage valet program. It’s an independent contractor that has an arrangement with Celebrity, as well as other cruise lines as well. Just saying this to make sure no one either blames or gives too much credit to Celebrity for doing this. I don’t see this as a problem, and Celebrity actually makes a little money on this, but that’s cool, because it’s the only way to go. I’ve used it over 15 times and never has an issue! 7. Yes, pull up out front and a concierge will make sure all your bags get up to your room. Very little work. Also, just an FYI, this is a pretty nice hotel, I stay there every time I cruise. Nice breakfast buffet, especially if you are a Platinum elite member (free), decent pool and pool bar, and nice views out over the marina and towards the cruise port. Enjoy!
  8. FYI - You SW early bird seat assignment depends on when you bought your ticket and your early bird add-on, not when you check in. You can check in 24 hours ahead of time, or 10 hours ahead of time, and your group boarding assignment will be the same. We fly SW all the time for cruises out of FLL or MIA (flying thru FLL) and use valet service. Never an issue. Go for it - no effect on seat assignment!
