  1. I have had GF onboard the vista. The bread all was less than desirable with the exception of the GF roll in the deli. My server was conscious of cross contamination and changed out gloves. The Pizza was barely tolerable, a soft corn time crust. The go to dessert is the GF molten chocolate lava cake with ice cream. I believe the Blue Iguana had corn tortillas but not chips. I don’t drink GF beer, I like Hard cider and they had Angry Orchard at all bars. You can also get a GF burger at Guy’s .I don’t know about the creamer but I did bring a powdered coconut creamer without problems. Good Luck.
  2. We too found the cakes to be lacking taste at the “Sweet Spot” on the Vista. A darn shame, they all look so good. So Elderflower and which chocolate? Did you find the gelato on the Lido? Also interested in dinner menus, as we are trying to make a reservation for Steakhouse. Did you take any pictures of the menus or remember which night was least appealing? Thank you!
  3. I too am interested in current Vista menus.....
  4. The pillows were fine for me. I actually had them switch of the duvet for a blanket as it was too warm for me.
  5. Greg, If there is a Pappasito’s around there you can’t go wrong with the fajitas or cheese enchiladas and definitely a Margarita. Following along for your adventures!
  6. Definitely bring some of your own. The best bread option I found was a sandwich roll in the deli, it is toasted. Pizza is ok. The bread in the MDR leaves a lot to be desired. They will review the menu with him every night to get the next days order.
  7. First day at Sea(Sunday) and Friday. Lobster on first elegant only.
  8. Can you tell me more about your Cove balcony? We are going next year on the Vista and are eager to try this type of cabin. Which cabin number did you have? Pros/cons? Thanks!
  9. Although you indicated you weren’t a breakfast person, the eggs Benedict was superb. And I agree the steak and eggs was really good. My teens loved the silly French toast!
  10. My son also did not go to the 02 prom but had a blast with groups of friends and also the organized activities. The Hub chat was invaluable in this aspect as he was out until about 1pm every night.
