  1. Yes, in usually in lumanie, you can order it there, and usually get it a couple of times a cruise
  2. With you all being in Sky Suites your entire party will be assigned to dining in the Suite exclusive Luminae Restaurant. In addition there are a variety of other dining venues that you can chose from. If your suites are all next to each other you may be able to have the balcony dividers opened between each suite. Ask you Butler to do that for you. (Yes, you will have a Butler who will do many things for you) You should now ask the question here " what will the Butler do that helps us enjoy our cruise?" you will get a ton of answers. The Solstice is a great ship with lots to do. Enjoy your family cruise
  3. Celebrity testing requirements changed again - 05/31/2021 Celebrity is now requiring a negative PCR test 72 hours prior to arrival at the terminal. To make matters worse they do not include the word WITHIN. It appears that once again they have rushed out a new rule without making sure it was clear. 4. Funatseascott - I see that you are on the June 5th cruise out of St Maarten, arriving earlier that week and staying an extra day after the cruise. We are in the same situation but on the June 12th cruise. I also see that you have experience filling out and submitting the St Maarten Electronic Health Authorization System (EHAS) form for previous trips to St Maarten. With the introduction of cruising the form has changed and now includes a new option "Air-Sea Travel". Because we are arriving a day early staying in a hotel, and leaving 2 days after the cruise I am unsure if we should use the "Air Travel", or the "Air-Sea Travel" option. It seems that neither of these options applies exactly to our situation. "Air Travel" asks for Hotel information but nothing about the ship, but "Air-Sea Travel" asks for Ship information but hotel information for the rest of your stay on the island. Do you have any information on which way people in a similar situation should complete the form? If not, would it be possible, that after you get your approval back from St Maarten, posting instructions on how you filled out the Travel Information section of the form? I am sure there are many people in our situation and any information you can provide would be appreciated Thanks
  5. With Celebrity Air we found it works best if you do some advanced research and pick airlines/flights dates and times that fit you schedule. they will work with those but also offer alternatives. They will work with you and the final choice is yours. Also you do not have to pay until final payment is due. I highly recommend them or at least checking with them
  6. If you are at the Renaissance on 17th, try the Boatyard which is at the far end if the parking lot in front of the hotel. Great food and ambiance. Been there several times and at least once every time we cruise from Ft Lauderdale
  7. They do have it. You may find that it is not stocked at all bars so you might have to search around at first.
  8. This is what they did on the Summit during the revolution
  9. They have been removing them from the penthouse suites as the ships are revolutionized
  10. Ship: Summit Length of Cruise:11 days Cruise Sail Date: 01/14/20 Date email offer received: received email about 2 months before sailing Captain’s Club Tier - elite + Booked through Celebrity Direct OR via TA: Celebrity and transferred to TA Current Cabin: 6139 Royal Suite Bid? Yes/No: Yes If YES - Bidding Details: Cabin Category: Penthouse Bid Offer: Notification Date: 12/26/19 (18 days prior to sail date) Accepted / Rejected: Accepted
  11. Within the last year we sailed on Summit in a Royal Suite with our daughter and grandchildren in a connecting Concierge cabin. They were extended all of the Suite benefits (Luminae, Retreat, Retreat Lounge). We were told that this was due to both cabins being on the same booking and charged to the same credit card
  12. On a M class my choice every time would be a Royal over a Celebrity. ( this refers to a revolutionized ship like the Summit)The balcony is one of the best in Celebrity. 2 loungers, a small couch, 2 chairs a small tall table. and a decent sized whirlpool tub that is set in a corner out of the way. There are 2 entrances to the balcony, 1 from the living room and 1 from the bedroom. The bathroom has a nice walk in shower as well as a very large whirlpool tub. also double sinks. The living are is quite large with good seating and a large TV. there is a good size dining table with generous seating for at least 4. A small dry bar with mini refrigerator that will be stocked with complimentary beverages of your choice, plus 2 bottles of spirits or wine. There are a couple of other royal/penthouse only perks, but those mentioned above make the royal/penthouse my choice over any other suite on a M class
  13. On Summit March 30th cruise had Caymus by the glass in Luminae. $10 up charge over Premium package per glass.
