  1. What kind of shoes do you wear for something like this? Are the ruins that you can climb slippery? Boots, tennis shoes, sandals?
  2. When you're at the ruins what do you do with your stuff? Do you take it with you or leave it on the bus?
  3. I was just wondering what to do about a camera? I'm torn between getting a really good point and shoot or a waterproof rugged one. Any camera I brought would probably get pretty wet right? Photography is a hobby of mine, but I don't want to bring my good expensive gear. I also want to get good photos. Are there any lockers or anything by the cenotes to put a camera in before you go into the water? I don't have a phone that takes good pictures, they're pretty poor quality.
  4. I've never been on a cruise before or to another country so forgive me if I sound dumb. We are going on a cruise in May that stops in Cozumel and Progreso. I am so torn on what to do here. I wanted to see some ruins and go to an awesome cenote and do a little shopping. Is there any way to do all three or is that impossible? We are already having trouble deciding what to do in Cozumel. I wanted Xcaret, Xel Ha or Rio Secreto, but my husband really wants to snorkel there so that's probably what we'll do there.
