  1. Hey everyone! My husband and I will be leaving on our 3 day cruise to the Bahamas on May 31st. We decided to purchase the Pixels Photo Package which includes 5 photos and 1 canvas photo. Since this will be a short cruise some of our pictures probably won’t be taken until the last night. Does anyone know if you’re still able to buy pictures the morning of debarkation? Will we be able to choose our canvas picture then or will we have to have it done prior to the last morning?
  2. Hey everyone! I’m going on a cruise to the Bahamas and Ive been looking into doing the Dip N Discover dolphin encounter at Atlantis. I was originally going to book through Atlantis but decided to see if carnival offered the same excursion. Carnival has it for $30 cheaper. Is there any difference between the two? I thought that carnivals prices were always more expensive than booking through the actual company. If anyone has booked the dolphin encounter through Carnival can you tell me how the process was of getting there. I’ve read some reviews and some say it was really disorganized and took awhile getting to Atlantis. https://www.atlantisbahamas.com/thingstodo/dolphincay/shallowwaterinteraction https://www.carnival.com/shore-excursions/nassau/atlantis-dolphin-shallow-water-and-beach-day-424043
  3. Hey everyone! I’ll be going on a 3 day cruise to Nassau at the end of May. We are interested in doing 2 excursions. We think we’ll have time to do both but we also know that we need to account for traffic, general delays, etc. We arrive at 8 am and depart at 5. I’ll list all of my questions at the bottom of the post to make it a little easier to follow along. We plan on taking a city tour that lasts 2.5 hours. The sessions are from 9:30-12:00 and 1:00-3:30. The tour is by Tyrone Wilson’s Taxi and Tour Services. We also want to do the Dip N Discover dolphin encounter at Atlantis. They still have a lot of availability so we can go in the morning or after lunch. Do you think it’s possible for us to even do 2 excursions? It’ll be just me and my husband on this cruise. If we do both which one should we do last? I can think of atleast one reason for why we should do each excursion last but I don’t know which one would benefit us more. Does any one have any experience with that particular tour and dolphin encounter or something similar? If so, how long did it take you from start to finish and what time did you make it back to port? Whats the best option for getting to and from Atlantis and how long does it take? We’ll be in the Bahamas on a Sunday. Sorry for the long post. This will be my 3rd cruise and my 2nd to Nassau but my first as an “adult”. So I don’t really remember a lot of the smaller details since I cruised with my parents the previous times.

  5. Hello everyone! My husband and I are taking a cruise to the Bahamas in May. We will be in Nassau on a Sunday from 8am-5pm. We’re trying to decide what tour we should take but we’re having a hard time choosing. We wanted to take the Tru Bahamian Bites of Nassau Food Tasting Tour but that tour is not available on Sundays. I am aware that they have another food tasting tour on Sundays but it seems to have less stops and involves more alcohol. Since my husband doesn’t drink I’d rather do a different one. Does anyone have any recommendations for other food tasting tours that are open on Sundays? If we can’t find a food tasting tour we would be willing to take a regular tour that possibly leaves time at the end to eat at a restaurant.
  6. Hello everyone! My husband and I have a upcoming cruise in May that leaves from the port of Miami. I’m a US citizen and my husband is a permanent resident. I was reading one of the threads and someone mentioned that there was a different line for permanent residents and non us citizens. Does anyone know the embarkation process for permanent residents? We also have faster to the fun boarding passes. If there is a separate line for him, will he be able to use fttf for at least a portion of his embarkation process?
