Cool Cruiser

Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. I'm always surprised they don't use the entertainment staff (Dancers, Figure Skaters, Aqua Show Performers) to host fitness classes. I'm sure it would be a fun way for them to make extra money and they are extremely fit - if you follow Jordan Bauth on youtube, she's always doing her own HIIT classes. Would love to take one with her. Meanwhile, I took a yoga class on my last cruise, and the teacher seemed like he had never done yoga and was teaching it from an instruction manual.
  2. Different question about RoyalUp than what others have been posting: I bid on two RoyalUp offers and went slightly more aggressive on them. My thought process is that we have paid for The Key but many of those perks would be included if we won a Sky Class Suite. I figured I could cancel The Key and put that money towards my RoyalUp offer, so it wouldn’t be a huge amount of money more than I am already spending for my partner and I. I’m wondering what happens if my RoyalUp offer is accepted the day before the cruise or even when I walk on board - I believe it is too late to cancel The Key for a credit card refund? If I try to cancel it on board, will they give me OBC or will it be too late to cancel once I’m on board?
  3. Thank you for your thorough breakdown - very helpful! Do you mind sharing more about the Theater Seat Reservations? I'm going on an August cruise to the Caribbean which is looking like 99% capacity, and I love the shows, so I imagine this could be a benefit for us. I've read different things based on ships - were seats sectioned off for The Key holders? Or were you given early access to enter the theaters 45 minutes prior to the show? I'd much prefer having seats held and pop in 10 minutes before the show, since waiting 45 minutes doesn't seem very VIP to me!
  4. I dont have any answers but I'd like to follow along as I have similar questions. I purchased the 3 Dinner package and also saw they will make a reservation for the 1st night (the 2nd night was also an option but when I clicked on it, it said there were no more reservations available). Since it's only 3 dinners and a 9 day cruise, I'd prefer not to use the package until the 3rd night. Is it possible to move it on boarding day?
