  1. We received ours 3 days before our cruise. Sail this coming Sunday received on Wednesday.
  2. My wife and I are sailing on the Regal out of Galveston at the end of this month. It is our second Princess cruise. Our first was also out of Galveston last year on the Ruby. My question concerns the priority boarding perk that is part of the package when booked into a full suite. Since we are new to Princess our medallion is blue. Both cruises were full suites. Last year when we attempted access to the Platinum/Elite lounge area we were denied entry and to sit in the general boarding area. After fuming a while, I approached someone who looked official and explained that I thought suites had priority boarding. I was then allowed into the lounge area and told to sit in an area that when boarding started, was the last in the lounge to go. It was priority boarding. My question is what should be expected for priority boarding with Princess. With Celebrity and RCL we were among the very first to board, before the Plats and Elites. I am not complaining, as the Lounge gets priority boarding. I do however want to receive any perks I am entitled to.
  3. Recently I received an RCCL email stating "Your Future Cruise Credit’s 25% bonus is expiring soon! You have until December 31st, 2022 to take advantage of the bonus 25% value on your Future Cruise Credit that we provided through Global Suspension." I called RCCL and after some discussion was informed that this was a mass mailing to all RCCL customers whether they had the FCC bonus on not. Further that I was not entitled to this benefit and there was nothing else to do. I found this response to lack credibility, as clealing the RCCL database used to generate the email contained data that I was entitled to this benefit and had not used it. I find it hard to believe that the RCCL business side or the IT side would send a mass mailing when it can be simply targeted to the individuals that meet specific criteria. It appears to me that another RCCL database is used by the CSRs and it contains different information for me. RCCL seems to have a lack of interest to investigate this. I am curious if any others are having this problem. Or if, it was resolved how was that accomplished? Thanks

  5. Can you upgrade from Plus to Premier on embarkation day while onboard? I am trying to develop a strategy for using my OBC. It seems I can upgrade now but cannot use OBC and have to pay. Very strange.
  6. "Haven't really paid attention as the last 15 years we have sailed in a suite so it was included. " Is Voom included in a Voyager suite?
