1. No doubt about it you Yanks sure have all the answers.
2. What Carnival does to try and grab your money! Buy a bottle of wine on board and they charge like wounded bulls. As for tipping......... Sell you a cruise and then expect you to subsidise crews wages. It all comes down to Carnival of course.
3. Hi my lisa, have read all your posts, and I need to tell you, I beat you to Curacao by some 49 years. It was very Dutch all those years ago. We had a great time ashore there, but somethings are hard to remember. Congratulations on your 35th anni. xxxx On the 27 March it is our 47th, my golly me that has to be a few life sentences, right? lol I am on a countdown to the 17th May, and struggling to keep my mind on anything else. So looking forward to getting back to London, with a pleasant night in Hong Kong and then catching up with all the Patch family. Of course then the trip to DC for the baby's 1st birthday. :-) Keep enjoying your holiday and talk to you when you get back to Vegas xxxxx
4. The only reason I am on the HAL board is to read the thread by my friend Lisa on her Hawaiian cruise. Some people have totally stuffed the whole thread with pages inane comments. Please just give it a miss so we can learn what else Lisa has to tell us. Instead of having to scroll through a load of bloody crap! I am surprised she hasn't totally given up! Thanks
5. Nope she sings something random song.........................:)
6. Or maybe just making a quick trip to the morgue until it was time to disembark :D
7. DON'T FLY QANTAS, they are a lousy airline anyways....................... One disaster after another is today's Qantas! Poor maintenance, not done in Australia but offshore! Horror story follows horror story.......
8. Hiya friend, you are bringing back warm and fuzzie memories. I doubt I will ever get back there again, so thanks for sharing with me :) xxx Really enjoyed your FB post also :)
9. Lisa, I am sure as hell glad for ya that the temps are not reaching 115 degrees. I love those tropical balmy evenings at sea they are so very special. Hope Tom's knee improves quickly and does not stuff up his whole holiday. Love ya xxxxxxxx
10. Even lowly 3 star P & O Australia opens the MDR on sea days  Was it just for the one day Lisa, perhaps there was a problem and it had to be closed for a very good reason?
11. What the hec has this all got to do with cruising. I already know all the results, because you know what, I LIVE IN NEW ZEALAND. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr one rule of some and an other for the hosts? They beat the Terrirists~ Who blew up the Rainbow Warrior on our cruise terminal, Princess Wharf, 25 years ago and the rest of the world did not want to know!
12.
Someone who so often posts that there are too many dress code threads starts another dress code thread. Gotta love the irony. But to answer the question--- No, I would never wear jeans to dinner. I would never wear jeans. I want to be comfortable, and jeans aren't going to do that for me.
Hmmmmm. can't help but wonder why?
13. All good so far matey! Sorry about Tom's knee, great excuse to sit with a book with your leg up eh Tom. Keep having fun........Love V xxxx
14. Did he go back to the cabin and put a tie around the turtle neck. That would have been my response to utter stupidity.
15. I plan on wearing jeans to the dining room. Will I be asked to leave? I only have jeans so do I have a problem?
