  1. I got a completely different answer. They told me that they would determine how much they would reimburse me after I submitted my receipts after the cruise was done. So they wouldn’t commit any amount to me. It’s amazing how inconsistent they are and how horrible they handled this entire situation
  2. Please, but for the social media campaign and press attention people caused, NCL would’ve just created three extra days at sea and still forced this cruise. Exactly what they did for the 2/6 cruise.

  5. Twitter is definitely getting more active as is media stories. I’ve seen several journalists reaching out on twitter so more stories will be coming out for sure. I sent NCL executives emails this morning notifying them of the stories, social media campaign, and more media exposure. We shall see if they respond...

  7. I’m confused as it sounds like Vietnam did the right thing and closed the port forcing the Jade to sail around and have additional days at sea. If that’s the case, why did they tweet just 20 hours ago that they ARE going to Vietnam. Didn’t it get reported that the no Vietnam change was communicated before this tweet? See first screenshot. Also, my booking is showing the itinerary is on hold. I’m not sure why it says make a payment as I have no amount due for this cruise. It will still let you book on ship activities but not shore excursions. See second screenshot.

  10. Love your updates! Please keep them coming. As far as intel, I saw this on Twitter. Not sure how true or accurate it is. Several of us have asked Scott for an update, but so far he hasn’t responded PS, I see a ton of people tweeting about NCL and their actions which is fantastic!
  11. That’s what I’m thinking too. I hope this isn’t the case though because I don’t want them to wait until last minute. Especially for the people who are boarding flights.
  12. How do you have a friend doing this cruise when it doesn’t sail until 2/17?? The 2/6 and 2/17 has different itineraries.
