Thanks for your response. I have been trying to fill out the K-eta app on my 2 different laptops, on my smartphone, tried both on wifi and internet, without succsess. I got a timed out after I clicked the "Make payment" button so many times. Working with the Ask Us K-eta support and they said it is my own environmental problem vs. we never have problems with other app's. So it is not I don't want to pay the $10 pp price, it is unachievable in the last few days' big efforts. When we took similar cruise few years ago, Princess processed our entry paper on the ship on our way to the Busan Port from Japan, it was much easier.

I have been trying to get the K-eta in the last few days and always got hung after clicking on the Making Payment at the end, I got timed out. The K-eta Ask Us team said it is my own environment problems, I tried on different laptops, my smartphone, web app and download app, still have the same problem. Can someone kindly confirms that we definitely need to get the K-eta ahead of time to board the ship and there is no service on the ship to get the K-eta or it is waived? I saw another blog that someone said Silversea had sent them an e-mail said the K-eta was waived for those passengers from Visa exempt countries. Please advise, truly appreciated.

Sir, if you are on the cruise now, do you mind to ask the cruise excursion desk if we need to apply the online K-eta ahead of time or the cruise will handle that on the ship for all passengers. Our Princess cruise important e-mail only outlines everything for Japan's requirements but never mentions anything about we need anything for S. Korea where we will make one stop. Many thanks!!

Hi! Bunch of us will take the Diamond Princess from Japan with 1 stop in Busan, Korea. I have been getting time outs after I clicked the Make Payment, the K-eta help desk kept saying it was my own network and computer problem in the last few days. I trued both web and download version for the app's, on few laptop and smartphone devices with no success. Can someone shed some lights if the Princess cruise would handle the K-eta on the ship or the ship passengers will be waived? Seems like the last blog said Silversea said the passengers are wauved, at tleast for Siversea passengers. Sorry for the long note.
