  1. Hello "Jim"/GOARMY, What a twisting, convoluted tale! After reading your note, I had set my DVR to record this episode over the weekend. I hadn't realized the intensive investigative work that the Postal Inspectors do, and appreciate that you and all of your team were able to bring this case to a close - twice!   2. Hello all, Just a follow-up on refunds. My March 17th cruise was canceled on March 13 by SS. I requested from my agent that day the full refund, and yesterday it finally posted to my account. So about 48 days. Note: it also included the upgraded airfare and pre/post hotels. Thank goodness!
