  1. Thanks for the thoughtful response. I'm still working this through both my travel agent and NCL directly. Will report back when I (hopefully) have resolution.
  2. We had a cruise with a sailing date of March 15. I have attempted several times to submit each of our two reservations on NCL's online refund request form. Each time, it responds with "This reservation does not qualify for submission." Has anyone else had this same problem? I've engaged our travel agent, but they've been unable to get an answer from NCL.
