  1. I made a credit card dispute and had access to all of my money except for $200 dollars from Costco. I noticed on my last statement Costco credited $200 dollars to my account.
  2. Very happy, got credit card disputed resolved in my favor and cruise credits today. Will be booking with Princess when the coast is clear. Looking forward to seeing you all at sea. Thank you to those who gave me advice. You Rock
  3. I brought through Costco, If they go Bankrupt Costco pays up (using Credit Card Dispute process) That is one benefit of doing a charge back https://www.travelweekly.com/Mark-Pestronk/Addressing-agent-liability-in-the-midst-of-the-Covid-19-pandemic https://www.travelweekly.com/Mark-Pestronk/Agency-can-be-liable-for-suppliers-breach
  4. You now have the right to collect from Princess and the TA who processed the credit card.
  5. Thanks for the information iTravelInsured LX is temporarily unavailable for purchase from InsureMyTrip.
  6. No one thinks this forum represents the entire cruise population. However, If you fail to keep the people who are willing to post on this board happy, you are going to go out of business. The "repeat cruiser" demographic is your most important customer.
  7. In all likelihood most getting a refund will immediately try and book a new cruise. Head in the Sand approach is not working. Way past time to start cutting checks.
  8. FCC are money markers. Those of us trying to book the same cruise are finding it cost more with FCC. Best option is to get cash and then look for the many, many deals to come. There have been no drastic cut in prices, clearly the CEO's have an agreement in place to hold the line on price, but the deal won't last forever.
  9. Real progress, now they need to follow up with quick refunds and also give the customer the option to re book the same cruise at the same price.
  10. If you timely file the dispute you can collect from the Travel Agent in the event The Cruise Line does not pay or goes into bankruptcy. Only file the dispute for breach of the Cruise Contract.
  11. Same, this company paid promptly for all Coronavirus claims. Here is their Coronavirus policy https://www.imglobal.com/coronavirus They handled this disaster correctly, paid promptly and then sold, sold, sold. Hopefully, someone who has this companies financials will post about their solvency.
  12. I like your positive attitude, you rock, but Jan should be working for a buck until all refunds are completed. Instead she has chosen to make the workers walk the plank while she is getting rich. https://www.businessinsider.com/leaked-memo-reveals-pay-cuts-for-some-carnival-crew-members-2020-4 I can not blame her, she should fill the treasure chest to the max before she is thrown overboard.
  13. Nope Buy all future policies from this company Travel LX policy https://www.imglobal.com/travel-insurance/itravelinsured-lx
  14. Correct, by delaying repayments Management has created a "run on the bank" scenario.
