  1. BEWARE! People are falling through the cracks. On April 2nd I filled out and sent in the form to receive a 100% refund on my cancelled 5/3 cruise. Eight days later I received a refund for the insurance only. Then I patiently waited a total of 75 days until curiosity overcame me. Yesterday I called Carnival and talked to a very polite lady who informed me that she saw no evidence on her computer screen that a refund was requested. She then went ahead and attempted to initiate the refund, but her system would not allow it without a supervisor override. The supervisor balked at refunding me
