  1. Hooray! We received the last of our monies today on our credit card. We received our credit on Amex almost immediately but had to wait a few days for our credit to show up on our bank visa. I would like to thank JPH814 for all of his efforts in putting together the spreadsheet. My anxiety was increasing with each day waiting for my refund and when I googled Seabourn refund this page came up. In a strange way it decreased my anxiety understanding there were others in the same boat at the same time increasing my anger that there were other people in the same situation who were not refunded promptly or at least corresponded with as to what was going on.   2. We received a refund to our Amex on June 12 but not the bulk of which is on our Visa cc. Hopefully in the next few days we will receive the rest.
  3. rgaudet While I am also happy to hear people are receiving their refunds I also don't understand why my early April cruise has not been refunded. Our TA told us a few weeks ago they were sending refunds according to cruise date so I find this confusing. I am also from Ontario, Canada and wonder if that has something to do with it.   4. Hi there, Would it be possible to add another column reflecting where in the world they are located. I was scrolling through to find out where people who have still not received a refund after 80 days and noticed that 3 or 4 of us are from Canada.

I would like to add our information to your chart Cruise date April 8 Refund requested March 15 No refund as of May 30 Our travel agent has been working diligently as Seabourn would only speak to our TA. We would apply for a credit card dispute but need the receipt for the refund to proceed and Seabourn will not provide.
