  1. My apologies for not responding earlier. Yes I did receive a full refund, just over the 90 day deadline.
  2. My cruise was due to start on 7th April - I am Still waiting for my refund!
  3. I was booked on a Cruise departing 7th April to the South Pacific and am still waiting for my refund. It is being handled by a travel agent who said Norwegian Cruise Lines who own Regent are very slow payers. My 90 days are almost up and wont be booking on any more cruises until I get my money back so if they want to win back custom then they need to pay up .
