Been ringing for 2 days, listening to 70s music. sent email on Friday, no reply. They say they will reply within 24 hours, this has not happened. Have rang 2 different numbers.

From my point of view a cruise anywhere on the 27th June would be a lot better than what I have been doing for the last year.

All outstanding refunds received today for our cancelled Christmas Cruise on Aurora.This has taken just over 4 weeks. Next cruise booked is on Iona at the end of March, fingers crossed but not very hopeful.

Have been waiting more than 120 days for my refund. This is for the full amount of the cruise almost £3,000. Anyone else been waiting this long for full refund?
