  1. September Oasis generally had 10-15 teens at Social 298 activities with 1 staff member. Supervision was non-existent (not complaining, just stating facts).
  2. On Oasis in September, the teen club (social 298), was for 13-17 year olds. 12 year olds were allowed in ONLY if their parents signed a waiver. Personal opinion, but I personally don’t think that the teen club is appropriate for an 11 year old. There is very little supervision, with activities taking place all over the ship. There is also a HUGE difference socially between an 11 year old and a 17 year old. I honestly think even 12 is pushing it, but understand why parents of vaccinated 12 year olds didn’t want them in AO Edited to add: As an example of why it’s not a good idea, on Oasis, they showed the movie The Conjuring in the teen club.
  3. you could see about adding prepaid gratuities or upgrade room
  4. That’s cool. We were in 10730. Couldn’t have asked for better weather the whole cruise.
  5. Suites are a little different than regular rooms. It’s all about supply and demand - sales have very little impact. Booked 2br aquatheater (star class) for March 18 wonder. Paid $15.2 which I thought was high. A 1br (sky class) on same sailing is now $17.1. At the same time, our May 2022 junior suite on Adventure has come down about $500, which our TA has price adjusted for us. If you see something you want at a price you are willing to pay, book it and watch prices.
  6. My Anthem Nov 22 has had then new interface for a couple months, but suddenly my Adventure 22 suddenly switched to it yesterday. Uggg. The old one is so much better
  7. The itinerary for the 18th is different - St Maarten, St Thomas and coco cay. I thought it was more appealing which was why I chose that one.
  8. Yep. Us too. We’re in an A2 on the 3/18. Remarkably the 1BR A3s weren’t much less expensive, so I have some concerns. But I keep reminding myself that they probably copied room descriptions from the Asian sailings which don’t have genies.
  9. And probably Wonder of the Seas starting March.
  10. Booked 2 ocean view balconies on 9/3 for Oasis 9/26 sailing and got Royal up offers on 9/25. Booked an A2 2 br aquatheater on 8/27 for same sailing and I never got an offer and link shows not available (A1s are available on this sailing). In other words, it’s a crap shoot - you never know.
  11. Here is a link to the RC website where “flexible arrival” is discussed for Pinnacle Club and Suite guests. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/crown-anchor-society/program-updates I guess you were told wrong
  12. Does anyone have any experience with the thermal spa on Oasis? Looking for some fun mother/daughter things to do on our 9/26 sailing.
