  4. Thank you! Great tips. I usually take some food with me on vaca to stay keto. Coconut flour wraps are easy to pack and I can always find meat/cheese/veggies to fill them in the buffet. I've even used them to make breakfast wraps. Not that most people would take food ONTO a cruise ship, lol. Excellent thread!
  5. I appreciate you being strong enough to let fellow cruisers know about your experiences. I have learned a lot on CC over the years and appreciate knowing what may happen on a cruise vacation. It's sometimes difficult wading through the "mud" on some threads. I truly feel for you and your partner and hope for happy sailings in the future.
