Cool Cruiser

Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Hope they work out. I don't own these but do have the guide pro pants, horizon guide slim pants and horizon roll-up pants. They have all held up well after washing. I do line dry them though. Their movement lux 7/8 length leggings are very comfortable and buttery soft. REI has great stuff too and currently having their anniversary sale. I loved their midweight base layers and recently ordered the top and tights.
  2. I typically travel with 2 to 4 pairs of shoes depending on where I'm visiting. I learned my lesson on traveling with one pair to new locations in my early travel days. Our shoes were drenched by the rain and being in a tour, we could not readily buy new shoes and had to blow dry our shoes which resulted in uncomfortable tight shoes - never again! I recently traveled to Vegas with 2 pairs, wore comfortable Merrell for walking and Havaianas flip-flops for hotel room and poolside knowing that I could easily buy new shoes at the mall across the road if needed and knowing no rain in the forecast. No dress shoes since we did not plan on attending fancy events. For cruises, I usually take 4 prs. Wear Merrell trail running shoes on the plane which can be used for hiking, Havaianas for cabin and pool, mid-height heel sandals for evening, and Keens for ports and water excursions.
  3. For anyone still in search of a purse...I travel with a Pacsafe backpack or crossbody bag. My daughter recently used my Citysafe CX convertible backpack for her Europe trip and found it very handy and comfortable. She can carry crossbody in the city and wear as a backpack while light hiking. She plans to take it next to Hawaii. It's now officially hers 😄
  4. Hello, Have you tried ones from Eddie Bauer? They have multiple different styles. I own several pairs and travel with at least one. There's always a sale on their website and you can try on in their stores. Happy shopping 😀
