Glad I am doing the Ventura 35 nighter next January. Will be my last Caribbean trip as I would not go on Iona again. -

I have had sit down and buffet welcome lunches over the past year. Buffet on Arcadia last month. Was packed! -

7 night cruises from Florida may be attractive (and cheap) for Americans, but a 7 night cruise from Southampton is not attractive to me. Would not be bothered to pack for that! Hope they keep enough longer ones. -

Have been told by staff that tap water and MDR water is from the same source, and tastes the same to me. -

The water from your bathroom is fine if you chill it in the fridge. I never buy water but have tried the tinned stuff, which tastes worse than the tap IMO. -
If you book on board now and transfer the booking to your TA, you do not get a P&O booking confirmation on board. It is supplied to you by your TA.

What annoys me is the fact that my favourite wine is only available by the bottle, not a glass. Makes me drink too much!

Not keen on Kiel. Not much there apart from Maritime museum and lots of shops. Our fault as we decimated all the old part in WW2!

I can assure you that prices on Aurora are not 2 star! Maybe Iona and Arvia are, though. -
Got off her yesterday after 19 night Eastern Med cruise. Chaotic, badly organized disembarkation.

Got off at about 9.15 am. Escalator was working then. Was chaotic though. Hate QE2 terminal. Should have been knocked down years ago! Is Mayflower not finished yet? Been closed for months. -
Cruise was OK. Weather disappointing. Yes, poor disembarkation organisation today.

Currently on Arcadia. Massive queue for tables for 2 starts at about 5.15 for opening at 6! Not Freedom in my book!

My usual insurer is far cheaper than others I have looked at. However, they still want over £800 for my 35 nighter to Caribbean in January. Is it worth trying Nationwide?

Beautiful day in Chania, after an awful one yesterday in Santorini. Probably not as warm as UK though! -
Booked Saver price as I knew I would get one of the 2 single balconies! Have been in both a few times. Love them. Select price was much higher. No brainer!

Only half a dozen singles on Arcadia. I am currently in a single balcony. Cost the same as a double!

Yes. Some very disappointed folk on here. I have done Athens, Corinth, etc. so not too bad for me. However could do without another sea day!

Yes. On board now. Force 9/10. Decks closed. Was lovely yesterday!

Fair enough. I have been to Lisbon about 20 times in the past 14 years during which time drop off has changed. Used to be at bottom of main pedestrian area (when using old Appolonia or Jardim do Tabac terminals) but later changed to top of town. Only used it twice when it was raining! Walked in every other time.
