  1. Thanks, I guess I will just keep checking for them!
  2. When will Fall 2021 itineraries be available for booking?
  3. Can anyone walk in front of the forward facing ocean view cabins on Koningsdam deck 7? The deck plans show open space there. Thanks.
  4. We are still waiting for either a return phone call or e-mail response. My TA has offered to help if we don't get a resolution soon. We'll give them a few more days!
  5. Thanks everyone, I was on earlier today with no problems. Just wanted to make sure the problem was not with my laptop. Looking at excursions for our November cruise, I guess we will keep our money a little longer!
  6. Is anyone else having problems logging in? I keep getting a message saying that my session has timed out, when I haven't been able to log in.
  7. Congratulations for a great resolution! We are still waiting, but this gives us hope.
  8. if one person is Black Card them the privileges go to both in the stateroom, ex Surf and Turf restaurant etc. Not sure if this correct as it came from MSC. Best of luck getting the problem resolved. I just emailed the CEO of MSC USA who I had the privilege of meeting on the MSC Orchestra many years ago. Lets see what happens. This is true, I received all the Black Card perks on Armonia and my husband went along with me. However, what happens if they decide to "lose" my Black Card status, then we have to start over again with Classic? If that happens, I guess we will keep sailing with NCL, Carnival and Holland America which we have already reached their higher status. We really enjoy sailing with MSC and love the international clientele, but the constant issues (His missing black card is not the first) is not worth the aggravation. We will just go back to sailing with our favorite US cruise lines. It will be MSC's loss of our cruise dollars. We sail 3 - 6 times a year and have never experienced the problems we have with MSC with any other cruise line. Good luck with the CEO!
  9. LorenzoD I understand your frustration. We are dealing with a similar problem, only it is just my husband's black card status that was lost. We have called several times, and finally sent in a long e-mail trying to get resolution. So far, no one has called us back or responded to our e-mails. The process started prior to our Armonia cruise on 9/9. The funny thing is we have 2 more cruises booked with MSC. The cruise in March shows his Black Card number, the cruise in December has his Classic Card number. Not sure what happened as we both status matched at the same time and both have the same cruise history with MSC. It is very aggravating when no one at MSC wants to help you when the problem is obviously on their end and through no fault of your own. Good luck, I hope you are successful getting your status returned to you.
  10. We went with low expectations figuring we had our balcony and the ocean if everything else was bad. The cruise far exceeded our expectations and we are looking forward to cruising Armonia again when it moves to Tampa. I have been on Divina and Seaside, and had a lot more fun on the Armonia. The ship is not perfect, but in very good shape for her age. There are a few spots on the lido deck where the floor is buckling, but other than that we didn't notice any major issues.
  11. We just sailed on the Armonia departing 9/9. We had a fantastica balcony and my choice dining was included with our experience in La Pergola restaurant. Ask for Christian as your server, he was awesome and his section is at the aft of the ship with great views while dining. At lunch, you can also request to dine outside. Its a beautiful ship with a great crew and wonderful service. Enjoy!
  12. We were also on the 9/09 cruise. We booked 16 days before sailing because of the great prices. We were a little worried because of all the negative reviews, but had a fabulous time. We thought the crew was one of the best we've had (45 cruises so far). We also enjoyed the food and service in the dining room and buffet. The shows were a mixed bag, enjoyed 3 of them, 3 not so much. Our balcony cabin on deck 9 had a great AC. There were a few on our deck that had problems the first night, but the issues seemed to be corrected. We loved the ship and look forward to sailing on Armonia again.
  13. Agree with everything you said! We are easy going cruisers and don't sweat the small stuff, so I know we will enjoy the cruise. We have been on the Veendam and several of Carnivals smaller ships and don't need all the bells and whistles of a new, big ship to enjoy ourselves. The Armonia looks really nice from the pictures I've seen.
  14. We will sign up for the meet and greet when we get our cabin assignment, should be tomorrow. This will be my 3rd MSC cruise, we both sailed on the Divina and I was on Seaside with my sister-in-law. We also have Seaside booked for March. I think we are a little crazy booking a cruise in the middle of hurricane season! Hopefully we will get lucky and not have any problems.
