I was on the Crown this past week. While we were disappointed to miss a day and a half in Bermuda, we felt the compensation was very fair. After reading the reviews of the Crown on here before sailing I was nervous that it would not be a great trip. We've been on 4 cruises before and have sailed on Royal Carribean, Celebrity, and Princess. We thought Norweigan was comparable to the rest in terms of food, service, and entertainment. We ate in the main dining room every night and never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seated. Most of the dining room meals were very good and the buffet was small but fine. Although the ship is older and small, there was plenty to do and we didn't miss any ofthe "extras" that are on larger and newer ships. We've been to Bermuda several times, so missing a day and a half there wasn't that big of a deal for us. On Thursday, we went to Horseshoe Bay and on Friday we went to Elbow Beach and the Caves. Overall, although the trip was shortned and the weather wasn't great, we had a nice time. I'd be happy to answer any questions.
