Can anyone comment on the port rental offices?  Specifically Avis, as I can get my corporate rate there and use their shuttle.  I'm trying to get a car for the day as we have a late evening flight, but some of the reviews for that port office are terrible, saying cars are frequently not available despite having a confirmed reservation.  I'm thinking it might be better just to Uber over to FLL Avis.

Yes, the TA option was what I selected both times today and got stranded on hold.  Second time I was curious, and waited almost 3 hours before hanging up.  I called back and selected new booking and got right in, go figure...

I'm already booked and trying to reach NCL to add enhancements to our cruise.  I'm now going on 2 hours of wait time, and still holding.  Is this typical?  I tried earlier today and gave up after 30 minutes.  This will be my first time on NCL, usually sail RCCL, so just not used to being unable to reach anyone.  Is there a trick with the IVR to get in the right queue?
