We were just there on January 24 and March 30 of this year.
1. Yes and taxis were plentiful
2. Depends, we got a better deal if we shared a cab, $5 per person each way. This last time we rode by ourselves and it was around $20 each way.
3. No vivid restrictions, but as someone else replied you need a reservation to get in, and pay balance due at checkin.
4. DW thought about it in January but didn't. Wanted to go in March but it was too windy and not offered.
5. No masks anywhere at the facility, either by guests or staff.
