How far is the closest place to get on the New Orleans Hop On/Off bus from the cruise port. We will be arriving on a Celebrity ship. Is the tour safe, worth it? Any particular stops you want? TIA!!

Anyone been in or around this stateroom? We usually have our room between passenger decks, but now we are near the top of the ship. The sailing is full, so nothing to change to. I think we may be below the spa or gym, I’m not quite sure. Any thoughts?
