We were in Cabo at the end of April and took a taxi from the port over to Medano Beach and The Sand Bar. $36 for a one hour massage. The massages and reflexology are given on the 2nd and 3rd floor above the restaurant. Not bad if you don’t mind having your massage with other tables around you. You can book online.
