  2. We're booked on the January 17, 2019 South America sailing.
  3. We're booked for Jan 2019 and you're booked for "this December" 2017? if so your sailing isn't changing.
  4. Just received email from Princess advising us that our Jan 2019 South America cruise on Emerald Princess is now on Star Princess and we will receive details of voyage and cabin assignment by July 19th.

  6. Still isn't showing under "special services". From all the responses looks like it might be hit or miss if it shows up at all? I always take paper work just in case...have had previous problems getting my OBC while on a ship!
  7. Thanks for the good advice. Called Princess Rewards and they confirmed the redemption but could not offer anymore info than that. Called PCL and they can see the OBC and said they would fix it so I could see it under special services the next time I log in. So seems like you should be able to see all OBC reward redemption in your cruise personalizer...not sure why some drop in and others don't.
  8. I redeemed points online for OBC 3 weeks ago for our upcoming Emerald Cruise. I received an email confirmation immediately but as of today the OBC does not show up on my cruise personalizer and I haven't received anything by mail. The points have been deducted from my account so where can I verify that the OBC has been applied? How long does it take to have the OBC added?
  9. I will hold tight a little while longer but got to say this leaves me very uneasy! To me it's a whole other thing when your reservations start to disappear...revenue maintenance or not. I'm sure taking inventory happens all the time but the ressies remain intact and visible for planning...just saying! Agreed that the ship does have to get to Alaska and being that the 4/13/11 sailing is back for booking is a good sign. RoyalDiamond: We did the first sailing of the Alaska itinerary on the Rhapsody this past May and it was awesome!! We had a corner aft and the views were absolutely amazing & stunning...took no less than 5000 pictures between my husband and I! Have a great cruise!
  10. C&A no help...same response, red flagged for inventory maintenance. I was planning on booking airfare/hotel/tours for this cruise this week and now I'm very hesitant.
  11. Ok...its Monday and our sailing is still showing NA! On Friday I had sent an email to RCI website assistance about my missing reservation and they have sent me a response saying they can't help me and to call the number listed in my email which happens to be C&A! Mmmmm...now what do you suppose this means? I guess I'll find out when they open this morning!
  12. Yes, 4/13/11 now showing on RCI website but 4/30/11 still isn't. Cruisers from the 4/13/11 roll call did call and RCI said it was a code red because they are going through all of the reservations and filling guarantees plus making sure they have an accurate booking count. Really? They have to pull all reservations to do this? I've never had one of my reservations disappear and virtually non existent when I went searching for it!! :eek:
  13. My 11nt Hawaii cruise for 4/30/12 and the 18nt trans pacific cruise for 4/13/12...both after the scheduled dry dock for the Rhapsody!! My reservation has disappeared from my cruises on RCI too! Not a good sign as I've read on these boards many times...what are the chances these cruises are canceled and how long before we find out?
