  1. Also check with your carrier about turning off roaming that while run your bill up if left on. I always go to the carrier store before we travel and they are really helpful about how to avoid extra charges.
  2. The price will be per person which is way more expensive than you could do booking your own city tour and hotel.
  3. I used Roam Right to cover a year worth of travel. I also had $5,000 per person per trip coverage with my cc. I figured out what would be the most expensive trip and combined coverage between Roam Right and cc. Unfortunately had to cancel the second trip and third trip because of a major medical issue. Because of the treatment I am currently receiving every 2 week I couldn't leave the country. Roam Right cover everything with trip cancellation on both trips. (Last trip was cancelled before final payment was made Thank goodness)
  4. When in doubt just go visit your provider store. T Mobile always send me notices when I am about to be charged roaming internationally. T Mobile recommended that I turn off my data and put my phone on AM when I board the international flight and leave it there until I return to the US. I have traveled all over the Far East and Europe and luckily have never been charged roaming fees.
