Just off the Radiance on an Alaska cruise July 19-26….. my first choice would be Viking Crown lounge. Deck 13. Pretty deserted in the morning, although one day was a private function, closed off due to the art sale. If Diamond status or above , the crown lounge. Also deck 13. The Colony Club usually very quiet and deserted in the am.

My wife drinks Sprite Zero, but we always bring a 12 pack of cans on top our carryon when checking in....no problem. We almost always have the beverage package , nice to have it in the room for taking meds.

Just off the Equinox March 9th….had a late flight . Another vote for taking your time getting off the ship , then take a taxi to the airport. I believe those taking shuttles had to be off the ship fairly early. They did want you out of your cabin by 800, so take your carryons and relax on deck 5. If you are Elite or higher Celebrity status, go to the Tuscan Grill to wait.

Just off Equinox March 9th.....Early fixed seating was deck 3 , downstairs. 530pm There are tables for two, have your travel agent request this ahead of time in your reservation. . Depending on your Captain Club status with Celebrity, you are more likely to get a table for 2 !

We will be boarding the Equinox when you depart on February 27th. Our 10 day cruise goes eastern. Tell them to keep the bars well stocked!! Is the Martini Bar busy? Following your review, so….. Have a great time on your sailing!

With that bar, when do you have time to cruise!!

We were on the Apex November ‘21, then February ‘22. On the Niew Statendam in March ‘22. We feel just the opposite! We enjoyed the Apex much more than the HAL ship. We are Elite on Celebrity, Two star on HAL. We plan to sail exclusively on Celebrity!

We always bring two 12 packs of Diet Sprite or Diet Mt Dew onboard for my wife. We use bungee cords to hold one on each of our rolling carryons. Her drink of choice! Plus we each have the premium drink package!

We have two cabins on the March 16,2024. Southern Japan on the Millennium. Have not heard a peep! They just offered more excursions in Kyoto,etc. sure hope there is a decision soon, we’ll before making air reservations!

My wife and I were on the Apex in January and the Rotterdam in March. As new ships , we liked the Apex ! Did not care for the layout of the Rotterdam. The Lincoln Center was a waste of space. Both ships had about 80-90% capacity but the Rotterdam needed more staff. Some bars were not open on the Rotterdam. There was not enough entertainers on the Rotterdam to open some venues. Workers were more stressed on the Rotterdam. Other than HAL’s Eurodam, we will stick with Celebrity
