  1. Another cruiseline that we've sailed used some sort of coffee syrup (concentrate?) to make their coffee in the main dining room. I'm fine with almost any coffee that is brewed from ground coffee beans.
  2. Thanks for all of your responses! I'm just looking for good brewed coffee to go with my dessert in the MDR. :D:D Would only consider the coffee card if coffee made from syrup is served.
  3. Thanks for your responses, Bob & Karen! Glad to know that Royal Caribbean has freshly brewed coffee.
  4. I'll be sailing Explorer of the Seas soon and am wondering if the Main Dining Room serves coffee brewed from fresh coffee beans or made from coffee syrup. I know a couple of other cruiselines use the coffee syrup. This will help me decide if I should purchase a coffee card. Thank you!
  5. That's perfect then! I will probably only use it for email and Facebook anyway. Thanks!
  6. Thanks for your quick response, Bob. That's disappointing. I did purchase the Voom package, but now I'm wondering if I should cancel it. :(
  7. I've seen many comments that Voom on EOS was not very good in Alaska. How is it with other itineraries? I'll be on the 4 night rt Seattle in Sept, visiting Nanaimo & Victoria. Has anyone, who sailed this itinerary, had better luck with Voom? Is the Voom signal a ship's problem or location problem? Thank you!
  8. I did link both of our cabins to one credit card, but did not see the option to have one Set Sail pass. That's a nice option that I would like to have. I wonder why all the RCI ships don't follow the same process.
  9. Thanks for your responses! The online check-in process never asked me to upload any photos and I was only able to print out one Set Sail pass for each cabin, with one guest's name as the Primary Pass Holder. I guess we'll have to spend that extra 5-10 seconds per person before boarding the ship! :D:D:D:D
  10. I just completed online check-in and printed out our Set Sail passes for our September Explorer of the Seas cruise. I only have one Set Sail pass for each cabin and not one for each guest. (We have 2 cabins with 2 guests in each cabin.) Also, I did not need to upload a photo of each guest. Is this unusual or is this something new? Thank you!
