  1. Thank you I see on the itinerary it is docked, Port Douglas is tendered. This will make my husband's exit easier.
  2. We will be on the Sun Princess next April visiting Cairns. My husband will be leaving the ship early for business. Will there be a dock or tender to the port? He will have to stay the night at Cairns to fly out the next morning. I am trying to make travel arrangements for him, looking to see how far the Hilton is from where the ship is docked or tendered. Taxis available if tendered? Thank you
  3. Love this thread, thank you for all the info. We like the small ships as well. This is our first time on Princess - booked on April 5-15 2020 Gold Coast cruise. Dave and Ruth
  4. Sea bands are great. Husband is sick with any motion. You can buy at a travel store, online or at a dive shop. Be sure to place them on the right area of your wrist. Sister in Law used when she was pregnant, she has terrible morning sickness, then her friend introduced the bands. Now three babies later still uses them. Myself I have used Bonine for years only when needed. However if you are prone to sea sickness always start at least two days before the cruise. CT
  5. Bummer! I booked this a few weeks ago the 6hr tour with the dinner. Perhaps I will call to see if I can get another discount.
  6. Our 2019 Alaska went from $50 to $47 - booked anyway, waited for more savings.....
  7. Thanks - I can't believe this is so difficult!!! CT
