Good morning. Thanks for the Fleet Report/Daily @richwmn. Ugh, somehow lost my post so re-doing it. We should support small businesses. I'm not a parfait person. Maize was/is and important crop. I don't need a shopping reminder, as I'm done (BFF and I cut down on gifts as neither of us needs more "stuff"). Good quote. Maybe on the meal, pass on the drink and wine. I was in Melbourne on my first HAL cruise from Auckland to Sydney. It was only 22F this AM, now up to 32F (high of 44F). At least it's sunny. Same issues for me. I slept about 4 hours, but feel sleepy. Maybe my coffee will kick in. I wanted to do some cleaning, but mornings are tough due to pain. Also maybe put up a few Christmas decorations. And perhaps a nap in the recliner, if I can manage it. @AV8rix Bon Voyage! Good afternoon. Thanks for the Fleet Report/Daily. My Black Friday shopping was online; a set of sheets. I'm searching for ones I really. Then I was surprised that my grocery store had a number of items I buy for 99 cents, today only. I saved $6 on one item. I wish I knew my family history - I think that should be included for adoptees. So I've tried to be proactive about getting screening tests. I can't think of a unique talent I have. I won't celebrate DB Cooper. Interesting quote. I'll pass on the meal (fish) and drink. Yes to the wine. I haven't been to East London. 3 important days in history. It's only 41F, but partly sunny. Lots of leaves have come down after the past 2 days of wind and rain. Sleep was the same, about 3 hours. I went to PT at noon, then the grocery store, where the cart acts as my walker, lol. BFF and out UK friends are going out to eat and then watch the away hockey game. I declined as I'm hurting and not inclined to be social. Good afternoon. Thanks for the Fleet Report/Daily. Happy Thanksgiving! I will eat some cranberries today. I like espresso, although usually dilute it into an Americano. I remember some diners that had a little jukebox at the booths. Good quote. I'll pass on the meal and drink. Yes to the wine, if I could find it. I haven't been to Tallinn. I've seen the Cutty Sark, but only in passing, on a bus tour in the UK. It's still cloudy here, but supposedly there will be a bit of sun. It's 47F, which is our high for the day. I got a bit more sleep (4 hrs) as I took Benadryl last evening before my RA injection. Mornings are still hard, as the pain/numbness starts when I stand up. It doesn't relent until I'm downstairs and sitting for a bit. BFF and I are going with our visiting UK friends to a buffet for Thanksgiving. We went there about 4 years ago, and the food was great. It's a family run business. Not sure what we'll do after. I'd like to make a small turkey breast this weekend, as there will be no leftovers from today, if I can manage it (I did put a stool in the kitchen, to sit when I need to). Same with my German Christmas bread I make; I'd hate to skip it this year, although I know BFF would understand. @StLouisCruisers Thanks for the photos of Tallinn. Nice photos of you two. I can eat vegetarian chili, but prefer some meat or chicken in mine. Pass on the drink and yes to the wine. I have been to Tauranga on my first HAL cruise from Auckland to Sydney. 3 good days in history. It's cloudy here, with a few rain showers, and a high of only 46F. I got a little more sleep last night, about 4 hours. I appreciate all the thoughts and prayers. No plans today, except trying to clear my DR table of stuff, as my leg and back allow. Since I'm going out for Thanksgiving dinner, no cooking is going on here. I'm sure most of us old enough remember where we were when we found out about Kennedy being shot; I remember adults crying everywhere. @Nickelpenny Bon Voyage! @1ANGELCAT Happy Birthday! Good afternoon. Thanks for the Fleet Report/Daily. I like gingerbread cookies, although I have only had them once or twice. TV is usually on here, often for background noise. I like odd socks day (thanks to @0106 for the explanation). Good quote. The meal seems interesting. Pass on the drink and yes to the wine. I haven't been to Ashdod, and the way things are going, might never get there. I'm just home from PT. I don't know if it's worth it, as I mainly do stretching and heat, due to the pain. It's been raining here since about midnight, at times quite hard. The news keeps warning about hydroplaning. Another bad night; I've been up since 2AM. It seems once the pain wakes me, even my one position that's sort of comfortable, no longer is. So I'll try for a nap later, maybe. My local tv station news is hyping a new procedure for back pain, that they'll talk about at 5:30. The doctor I saw seems to be from the same Neurosurgery group that the doctor I'll be seeing is in. I'm not sure it'll apply to me, but I'll try to watch. @StLouisCruisers I'm glad DS got a flight before the craziness of holiday flights starts. I appreciate your Ashdod photos, and also posting Lenda's. @aliaschief I hope you get your MRI results quickly. Good that you have the Ortho appointment on Monday. @smitty34877 I'm glad the puppy was able to come home. I don't usually nap, but I slept about 2 hours in my recliner this afternoon, once I got the leg pain settled a bit. @Quartzsite Cruiser That sounds painful just hearing about the jostling DH's head and drainage tube were subjected to. I always thought that places that didn't get much snow had smooth roads. Ouch on your walking into slide! Did you put some ice on the bump/bruise? @aliaschief Sorry to hear about the meniscus tear. I'm glad they're trying to expedite the MRI and visit to the Ortho surgeon.

I'm glad I don't have any traveling to do, as the Thanksgiving rush starts. I slept about 3.5 hours. I'm trying to put the downstairs bathroom back together after a deep cleaning yesterday.
