  1. I received a letter (email) yesterday although only for one of our bookings for a cruise leaving today and two rooms. The letter states I’m being charged a penalty for canceling despite having chosen the option on both bookings for 100% refund. Hopefully just a mistake and get the full refund so I don’t have to call and wait forever to have it resolved. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
