Was engine trouble fixed?

Actually my TA said she couldn't do it, can only be done directly. Tried with Google Chrome and form went through.

Anyone has success buying one of these packages on line? I've made several attempts using several different browsers without success.

The Getaway out of port Canaveral on Aug 6th is docking in Puerto plata, retained only 2 sea days and gets a reasonable port time in San Juan (7am-3pm). Looks like there is dock space so don't understand why we can't just follow this itinerary a day later. Would be preferable to the substandard cruise we are left with

My PCC suggested contacting NCL via Norwegian Cruise Line | Contact Guest Relations (ncl.com) to express concerns and ask questions

They haven't updated the website yet, per the fine print in the letter update will take until around June 17th. ( or at least that is when will be able to book shore ex for San Juan)

In the email the fine print says would be able to book shore ex after June 17, so guessing that's when site is updated

The Getaway docks at 7am on Aug 10 (our new arrival date) Its the only ship listed as being in port that day. We leave GSC at 4pm, followed by a day at sea. We should be able to get to San Juan by noon.

looks like that Getaway Cruise on Aug 6th dropped St Thomas but is still going to Amber Cove, Correction, July 9 sailing dropped St Thomas not Aug 6th

Not understanding why San Juan is a 4pm arrival...should only take to around noon to get there and looks like only one other ship in port that day...the Getaway

Evidently more than just these two sailings impacted, Sounds like July 17 has same changes

Just got letter. Hoping there will be subsequent changes because this is a pretty bad itinerary
