I have had to do both tours. The one into Montego Bay takes a while to get there if the ship docks in ocho rios, so you will have to take that into consideration. If it docks in ocho rios, I think there are lots of fun stuff to do. One of their biggest attraction is the Dunns Rivers falls which is like a five minutes away from the dock. My personal opinion is that their are more to do in Ocho Rios than Montego Bay, but If you go to Montego Bay there are some enjoyable tours that you can find. I actually used Trevor Hudlin on both tours starting out of Ocho Rios. If you e-mail him I think he would be better able to give you the information you are looking for. I was really impressed with his service, and have been using him for basically all my vacation needs in Jamaica.
