I'm in the process of making reservations for our upcoming trip and am traveling with a group that wants to spend some time in the specialty restaurants. I'm the only vegan in the group so I'm willing to go with the flow, but I'm hoping to get feedback about which of the specialty dining menus are more vegan friendly.

Do you have copies of the daily activities by any chance? If not, can you give me an idea of what time the shows/entertainment generally starts. I'm trying to make dining reservations and want to make sure we're leaving enough time to eat and make a show.
