We took this tour several years ago. The train ride was nice and the bike ride is downhill. BUT because it was early in the season, middle of May, it started to SNOW. Part way down the hill we ended up riding the rest of the way in the van. But others in the group continued without a problem.

Looking for advice on a veranda deck 10 cabin for a Eurodam Alaska sailing. We like the idea of the easy access to the open area on deck 10 and the Crows Nest one flight up. We have never had a cabin in this area. We usually try to book an aft cabin on a lower deck but we are thinking for Alaska the easy access to the open deck may be a plus. We know it can be windy but if too windy there is quick access to the Crows Nest for the views. Any insight would be appreciated.

Question about requesting laundry to be hang dried, does it take an extra day before laundry is returned? Also, do you usually add a tip for the laundry staff in the bag?

May I ask, what are the requirements to receive these casino offers? My husband usually receives a casino discount when booking a cruise but has never received these specials. How do we get on this list? Thank you for your input.
