Yes it’s quite confusing. Also a similar question - we looked at applying for an upgrade but there is only one booking number so are we bidding to upgrade both cruises or just the first?

Thank you for confirming. That’s a shame as our first cruise is very short, just 4 days, so it would have been useful to spread the package over both cruises.

Now that back to back cruises seem to be viewed as one cruise with one booking number, can packages such as dining be used on either part of the back to back? In other words can a package of 4 meals be spread over both cruises?

I wonder if that’s why we have just received a survey which included our opinion on Azamazing evenings?

I phoned up to book our excursions with our OBC. This is for our cruise next month. The excursions are now showing but it’s asking for a credit card and it says for non payment they will be auto cancelled. I don’t want this to happen so I have emailed support and was told they would action payment from our OBC but this hasn’t happened yet. We have 12 OBC ‘coupons’ for various strange amounts. Has anyone else got weird amounts for their OBC such as 85p bar credit and £21.13 spa credit?

We have recently booked a cruise on board using the 10% off promotion. We were told that our 5% loyalty discount would be in addition to the 10%. However on our return we notice that the cruise would have been cheaper booked on the Seabourn website or through a TA so don’t think we received any benefit from booking on board.

No it is just a straight ladder unfortunately.

Where did you find your original boarding time? Was it on your final documents? We have all green ticks but they are still not available.

When has everyone been able to download their final documents? For our cruise on 4th March ours should have been available on the 18th January but they still aren’t there.

I found the answer to my question about disembarkation day in our documents as follows:- Barbados Ship to Airport Group Transfer: You will be transferred from ship to airport. If you have a Seabourn-booked flight departing after 3:00 PM you will be brought to an interim location to wait for your flight. If you have a Seabourn-booked flight departing between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM you will receive a meal voucher for use at a restaurant or hotel. If you have a Seabourn-booked flight departing after 6:00 PM you will receive hospitality accommodations. You will be provided with further details when you receive your disembarkation information while on board the ship.

We have done the Barbados excursion and airport drop that Seabourn offer twice before but we hoped that this time as our flights are with Seabourn that they would offer something different.

We will be disembarking in Barbados on the 18th March and have a late afternoon flight. We understand that as we have booked Seabourn flights and transfers, that either a day room or lunch will be provided so that we don't arrive at the airport too early. Can anyone who has booked Seabourn flights confirm that this is the case and if so, what arrangements were made on disembarkation day? Thank you.

We agree too. Lovely to chat with him around the ship and he has great energy and enthusiasm as did the whole entertainment team. For the first time ever we went to every show and the entertainment on White Night was brilliant!

Are you on the Quest? We disembark on the 4th October and have had an email today to say that will be at Chioggia.

Thank you for your live review and photos. We are loving this cruise too. Several are new ports for us and we found them easy to wander round and explore on our own. Being the only ship in so many of the ports was great too. Happy Anniversary. What a lovely cake.
