We used lots of cruise rewards points towards the CRUISE FARE on our cruise that was cancelled for April 26, 2020. Does anyone know how RCCL is handling these since they canceled us? Are they returning the points to your account or giving you back the monetary amount? All I've seen on here is mention of points for OBC and we didn't use ours for that. Thanks.

Will be staying at the Embassy Suites in Isla Verde precruise. Has anyone stayed there recently and how was it? Are there any restaurants in the area that would be recommended for Puerto Rican food? It has been many years since we were there and with the past hurricanes not sure what to expect. Also, is the grocery store that was close to the Embassy still there? Will need to pick up some wine and water. Thanks.

Hubby dives and despises going thru the cruiseship. Most people thru the cruiseships are beginners so therefore they don't dive as deep as the experienced divers prefer and it's usually crowded. For a few dollars more you can certainly have a much better dive and be less crowded.

Hubby has gotten things from a place called the Drug Store which is in the back of a souvenir store on Avenida Melgar and Callie 4 Norte across from the restaurant Guido's close to downtown Cozumel. They are very clean and came recommended by another cruise critic user. He was very pleased with them.

Would like to buy some AARP Royal Certificates before I lose the points but can't get a clear answer on how they work. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
