  3. Actually Cortrans is asking for payment up front. Payment by Nov 18th. Our trip isn't until Nov 24th There's no option in the email to pay cash upon pickup. We booked round trip. One from hotel to Port, and port to airport. FYI we are Canadians..not Americans
  4. I've read people's reviews regarding cash payment but Cortrans sent an invoice for the full round trip cost for pickup at our hotel and return to the Airport. Is this something new? Just checking.

  7. No we have not called them from Canada. I emailed a competitor in Costa Maya and received a response immediately within 24 hrs. This was 2 days after emailing Native Choice. I will try emailing them via another email address.

  10. Our TA booking (Costco) does have this listed on our invoice/booking. I just thought I had seen it on NCL's Vacation Summary tab at one point. Just like the hotel and air which now are missing (perhaps no longer offered for Port Canaveral?). Not concerned about these but Internet would be nice to have. Also, is the shore excursion per person or per stateroom for the Distinctive Voyage? I only see 1. Will re-check with Costco. Does NCL confirm things like this if you call them direct? Just wondering as the shipboard credits were immediately applied. Thanks
  11. I previously booked last year for free@sea and on the EPIC for distinctive voyage. Chose UBP and received a $50 USD credit. Now they have the latitude offer. The cruise still has Distinctive voyage, Free @sea and now past guests. Rebooked after TA confirmed we would still have distinctive voyage & free at sea. However, when I checked under vacation planner, I only see the shore excursion, UBP, and phone. No internet. I don't care about the hotel/air as we don't use them but they are no longer listed. Is the Internet supposed to be listed?
