Will there be any problem getting a taxi from the port when we get off the Splendor in San Juan to the airport or should we pay $69 each for Regent transportation to the airport? Thanks

We are not using Regent Air but are using the pre-cruise hotel in Miami. We'll make our own way to the Biltmore. Do we go to the front desk for a regular check-in or will there be a Regent representative there for check-in? The next morning we have an 11:30 boarding time. We are provided transportation from the hotel to the ship. Will Regent have a bus that early or are we better off getting our own taxi/Uber? Many thanks.

Just got off the British Isle Explorer and they had no mini bottles of bourbon or rye in our mini bar. The only scotch they had was Famous Grouse.

When do you find out what hotel Regent is providing? We're on the Feb 9 Caribbean cruise and Regent still shows my hotel in Miami as TBD. I spoke to Regent a week ago and they said they're still working on it. Is that normal? Thanks

Our Regent cruise starts in Miami and ends in San Juan, the ship is due in at 7am. I did not use Regent for air but have booked our own flights. Our flight leaves San Juan at 1:45. What is the procedure for leaving the ship in San Juan? Is there a passport check? Will we have a problem getting a 1:45 flight? Many thanks

We have Viking Air and will be using the Viking airport transfer at the end of our BIE cruise in Bergen. I 've read that your luggage has to be placed outside your cabin the night before debarkation. Do we collect our bags at the Bergen airport before checking in? I'd like to be able to put the items we need for our final night and morning into our bags before flying out, some items that can not go into the cabin. Thanks

I paid for my excursions with ACH (bank draft). If a port is cancelled will I get an OBC or a refund to my bank? If it's an OBC, can I use that for gratuities? Thanks

If a port is cancelled due to weather conditions, how does Viking reimburse you for the cancelled excursion? Do you get any other type of compensation for a missed port? Thanks
