  1. Thanks everyone for your suggestions. The credit card company can't do a charge back after 60 days as stated in other post. I paid in full for the cruise in 8-2019 and the cruise was not cancelled by MSC until 5-2020. I've filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office and MSC is not responding. I would not suggest anyone to make a deposit with them. I won't sail on them again, period.
  2. We've made several cruises on MSC but won't anymore. As of today, June 27th 2021 we still haven't received our refund from a cruise we paid for in 8-2019. The cruise was scheduled to sail in May of 2020 but was cancelled because of the pandemic. MSC keeps stating the refund is coming but we haven't received it, we'll never set step on any of MSC ships again. Chris Austin
